Job Summary
We are looking for a very driven project architect to oversee the design and execution of projects for our clients. With each project, you will be engaging with clients and stakeholders to discuss the initial design, prepare budgets, create the final design, and oversee the entire design process from start to finish towards fulfilling the clients’ requirements.
You will have the following responsibilities but are not limited to:
- Supervise the daily activities of the project team on site during execution.
- Produce designs using CAD tools such as AutoCAD, ArchiCAD, and manual drafting
- Prepare budgets, material documents, and specification lists for client approval.
- Oversee revamp and task delivery of the design crew and artisans on projects
- Visit client project site regularly to ensure design team adherence to processes, created design and state regulations
- Develop team plans, project scheduling, project documentation and its implementation.
- Create and accurately present to clients and upon approval, present same to the design team.
- Ensuring the execution of project is consistent with the timeline scheduled for delivery and within agreed specifications.
- Champion the communication channel between the project team and the client.
- Ensure proper interpretation and implementation of stipulated designs on each project.
- Create progress reports, time schedules, and revised budgets.
- Communicate effects of change request across board of change request and ensure adherence to its implementation
- Conduct final inspection and project handover to client after project completion.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelors degree in architecture, design, or similar.
- Portfolio of completed projects
- Advanced knowledge of drafting software including AutoCAD and SketchUp and 3D visualization
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
- Ability to translate concepts into functional interior designs.
- Advanced project-management skills.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders on a daily basis.
- Detail oriented and self starter
- Highly motivated and creative individual

- Willingness to travel to different locations
