Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated individual to join our team as an Administrative and Media Assistant. This person will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative tasks and creating and executing engaging social media campaigns to promote our brand.

You will have the following responsibilities but are not limited to:

• Manage incoming and outgoing communication, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
• Schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
• Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
• Shadow the CEO on site visitations
• Manage calendar and CEO’s schedules
• Manage the SM page of the company with emphasis on picture and video postings
• Office administrative tasks, filing and other documentations
• Collaborate with the team daily and stay apprised of (and report on) ongoing activities within site and office
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience as a Personal/Administrative Assistant or Social Media Manager.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and best practices.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to maintain accurate and organized production records and files
• Strong Business acumen and entrepreneurial spirit.
• Result-oriented with a can-do attitude and sales-driven.
• Creative, organized, analytical, and strategic.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Flexible, adaptable and attentive to details.
