Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst Intern to join our team. You will work closely with a team of experienced data analysts to support the collection, analysis, and interpretation of large data sets. This full-time, paid internship offers a unique opportunity for a talented and ambitious individual to gain hands-on experience and exposure to real-world data analysis projects.

You will have the following responsibilities but are not limited to:

• Assist in the collection, analysis, and interpretation of large data sets
• Work with the team to develop and implement data analysis strategies
• Prepare reports and presentations to communicate data insights to stakeholders
• Clean and validate data to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data-driven decision-making
• Stay current with emerging trends and technologies in data analysis
• Process confidential data and information according to guidelines
• Manage and design the reporting environment, including data sources, security, and metadata
• Support the data warehouse in identifying and revising reporting requirements
• Support initiatives for data integrity and normalization
• Generate reports from single or multiple systems

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Excel and other data analysis tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong technical skills, including proficiency with data storage and retrieval systems, data cleaning tools, and data visualization tools
• Proficiency in relevant computer software and technology
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Time management & prioritization
