Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and results-driven digital marketer to lead our marketing efforts. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy, managing external and digital communications, and building and maintaining a strong brand presence. The ideal candidate has a passion for digital marketing, excellent leadership and communication skills, and a track record of success in developing and executing marketing campaigns.

You will have the following responsibilities but are not limited to:

• Manage premium rentals and the generator girl social media pages.
• Build a community-focused online presence.
• Engage online and build online followership to generate leads.
• Create contents(videos, reels, and fliers) and newsletters for social media.
• Visit site locations to take pictures and make videos.
• Plan and implement social media campaigns such as email marketing within the company’s budget.
• Analyze the result of the campaign using analytics & IG insights.
• Run social media ads and implement the ability to increase retention of old clients by creating a periodic follow-up system.
• Send daily and weekly reports to the management team. Attend relevant events and fairs for the company.
• Reply to DMs and client requests in a timely manner.

Qualifications and Skills:

• HND/BSc or MSc in Marketing or relevant field
• Minimum of 3 years experience as a Digital Marketer.
• Proven experience running successful marketing campaigns.
• Leadership skills with the ability to set and prioritize goals.
• Demonstrable experience in building and executing a marketing strategy that positively impacts awareness and pipeline growth.
• Excellent written skills with the ability to present at the board level and inspire a team.
• Broad experience across online and offline marketing channels.
• Excellent relationship-building skills and budget management experience.
• Creative, organized, analytical, and strategic.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Flexible, adaptable and attentive to details.
• Time management & prioritization.
