Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing lead to lead our marketing and PR efforts. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing and PR strategy, managing external communications, and building and maintaining a strong brand presence. The ideal candidate has a strong track record for digital marketing, excellent leadership and communication skills.

You will have the following responsibilities but are not limited to:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing and PR strategy to achieve business objectives and drive brand awareness
• Create a calendar and scheduling plan for all of FLOW’s social media content.
• Research industry-related topics and create content that would be relevant to FLOW’s target market
• Develop and design all marketing content to be published on all FLOW’s social media channels by creating high-quality written and visual content for each social media campaign.
• Conduct keyword research and use SEO guidelines to optimize all of FLOW’s social media content
• Promote content on FLOW’s social networks and monitor engagement by providing monthly reports that detail the number of new followers, impressions of social media posts, and other key analytics to be decided
• Create and manage a digital presence for FLOW on all platforms such as Newsletter, Blogs, YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and TikTok.
• Generate leads on FLOW’s social media and ensure at least 10% conversion rates on company social media advertising campaigns
• Build and maintain a FLOW community online by maintaining a solid social media presence
• Build FLOW’s brand awareness by engaging relevant influencers (moms, schools, etc) when needed
• Be the first customer service representative for the brand
• Develop and execute marketing plans for all FLOW products and services
• Any other duties assigned by the CEO & Managing Director, for firm-wide or departmental matters
• Monitor and analyze marketing and PR metrics to measure campaign effectiveness

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, PR, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in marketing and PR management
• Proficiency in marketing and PR tools and technologies, such as marketing automation software, social media management platforms, and design software
• Knowledge of SEO/SEM and digital marketing best practices
• Experience working with and developing a marketing plan
• Experience in building social media communities, newsletter marketing, and writing blog posts
• Experience or desire to work with kids
• Experience with event planning and execution
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data to inform marketing and PR decisions
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing and PR campaigns
• Creative, organized, analytical, and strategic.

Key Success Factors

• Ability to follow all social media community guidelines
• Ability to work with and improve the brand guidelines
• Quick response time to direct messages and comments on social media channels (30 minutes to 1 hour)
• Generate leads on all social media channels
• Increase the followers and engagement by at least 5-10% monthly
• Ability to create a one-month content calendar for at least 3 key platforms
• Ability to develop the right voice for each social media platform
• Ability to create graphic designs and understanding of design principles
• Ability to measure the creation and success of campaigns
