Level/Salary Range: N150,000 – N200,000

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Head of Operations to oversee and manage our company’s operations at FLOW. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and developing the operations team, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and quality of services are met.

You will have the following responsibilities but are not limited to:

• Create a standard operating procedure for all job functions at FLOW
• Coordinate onboarding for all support staff at FLOW and ensure that the FLOW team is in possession of and using the right tools and resources to work
• Monitor and create all budgets for work execution across all the FLOW product areas
• Oversee compliance with regulations (both local and international), especially in our relationships with schools and across all other product areas
• Formulate innovative strategies in line with FLOW’s objectives and goals
• Coordinate customer service operations and find ways to ensure customer retention across all product offerings.
• Plan and execute events that contribute to FLOW’s mission (Kids’ Camps, pop-ups, etc)
• Prepare presentations and infographics for our various partners or investors to communicate product offerings, traction, and other relevant information
• Coordinate the delivery of Newsletters, Feedback Forms, and Emails weekly
• Coordinate and oversee vendors and ensure their deliverables
• Prepare quarterly update reports which reflect what FLOW has achieved in the past quarter and the plans for the next quarter.

Head of Operations Requirements:

• B. Sc or Master’s Degree in any field or any other related course
• Proven experience operations experience with case studies to show
• Familiarity with all business functions including HR, finance, supply chain, and IT
• Must be Tech Savvy and possess a wide range of digital skills
• Knowledge of data analytics and reporting
• Good with numbers and financial planning
• Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
• Excellent organizational and leadership ability
• Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude
