We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our company and oversee all aspects of the human resources function. The HR Manager will be responsible for managing and developing our human resources policies, procedures, and programs to ensure the organization’s goals are achieved through effective human capital management. This role requires a strategic thinker who can drive employee engagement, performance management, training and development, and employee relations initiatives. The HR Manager will play a critical role in creating a positive work culture and fostering a productive and inclusive environment for our employees.
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the organization’s objectives.
Manage employee performance management programs, providing guidance to managers on performance evaluation, goal setting, feedback, and coaching.
Create and implement effective training and development programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
Develop and administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring market competitiveness and internal equity.
Advise and support managers and employees on HR-related matters, including employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations, staying up to date on legal requirements and proactively adapting HR policies and practices as needed.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and reports, analyzing HR data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
Foster a positive work environment and promote employee engagement through employee recognition programs, feedback mechanisms, and company-wide initiatives.
Lead and manage HR projects and initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational objectives.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant HR certifications are highly desirable.
Proven work experience as an HR Manager or in a similar role, with a strong understanding of HR best practices and employment laws.
Demonstrated experience in performance management, employee relations, and training and development.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a strategic mindset and the ability to provide innovative HR solutions.
High level of integrity and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and inspire others.
