Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Marketing and PR Manager to lead our marketing and PR efforts. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing and PR strategy, managing external communications, and building and maintaining a strong brand presence. The ideal candidate has a passion for marketing and PR, excellent leadership and communication skills, and a track record of success in developing and executing marketing and PR campaigns.

You will have the following responsibilities but are not limited to:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing and PR strategy to achieve business objectives and drive brand awareness
• Manage external communications, including press releases, media relations, and social media
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing and PR campaigns
• Plan and execute events to promote the company and its products/services
• Build and maintain relationships with key journalists, influencers, and partners
• Monitor and analyze marketing and PR metrics to measure campaign effectiveness
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in marketing and PR
• Develop an effective online presence for the brand through websites, blogs, social media channels, and other online platforms.
• Prepare a periodic report with recommendations and trends for management.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, PR, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in marketing and PR management
• Proficiency in marketing and PR tools and technologies, such as marketing automation software, social media management platforms, and design software
• Knowledge of SEO/SEM and digital marketing best practices
• Experience with event planning and execution
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data to inform marketing and PR decisions
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing and PR campaigns
• Creative, organized, analytical, and strategic.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
