Job Summary
We are seeking a self-motivated programs lead to join our learning and development team at FLOW.
You will have the following responsibilities but are not limited to:
- Build and maintain relationships with schools in FLOW’s target market
- Supervise and keep track of the progress being made by co-learners within your purview
- Oversee and manage the administrative aspect of the FLOW Club co-learning tool (Tech-based)
- Plan and schedule FLOW Club in various schools across the target market
- Organizing programs and activities in accordance with the FLOW Club’s mission
- Develop innovative ideas and plans to support the strategic direction of the FLOW Club
- Ensure goals are met in several areas including customer satisfaction, safety, quality, and team member performance short-term and long-term.
- Develop a budget and operating plan for the program on a yearly basis (Based on the academic year calendar).
- Develop an evaluation method to assess the FLOW Club’s strengths and identify areas for improvement.
- Write to support funding proposals and build pitch decks to guarantee uninterrupted delivery of the FLOW Club to schools and parents.
- Implement and manage changes and interventions to ensure project goals are achieved.
- Adequately interact with schools and co-learners regarding any issues and feedback they may have to ultimately improve the FLOW Club
- Produce accurate and timely reporting of the FLOW Club status throughout its life cycle.
- Work on strategy with the marketing team.
Key Success Factors
- Ability to communicate effectively and represent the FLOW brand anywhere
- Ability to manage various moving pieces successfully as the FLOW Club is still in its initial stage of development
- Ability to think outside the box to develop strategies or find ways around roadblocks
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in business or a related field with a relevant case study to demonstrate initiative in building out new products
- Up to 2 years of experience in building or implementing programs in any field
- Proven stakeholder management skills and experience managing a team
- Must be Tech Savvy and possess a wide range of digital skills.
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and other digital tools
- Understanding of project management
- Experience or desire to work with kids
