Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales and Partnership Associate to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining partnerships, and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a proven track record of successful sales and partnership development, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build relationships with customers and partners.

You will have the following responsibilities but are not limited to:

• Drive the company’s operating capabilities to surpass customer satisfaction and retention, and company goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective customers and partners
• Negotiate sales contracts and partnerships agreements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of products and services to customers
• Develop and execute a sales and partnership strategy to achieve revenue growth and meet business objectives
• Manage a team of sales and partnership associates
• Negotiate and close complex sales contracts and partnerships agreements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of products and services to customers
• Analyze market trends and customer insights to identify new business opportunities
• Meet or exceed sales and partnership targets
• Provide sustainable solutions to minimize company costs, and prevent losses.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• M.Sc / MBA degree is an added advantage
• Minimum of 5-7 years post-NYSC experience in any related field and/or Consulting practice with a credible organization
• Proficiency in MS Office suite
• Relevant professional membership is a plus
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong Business acumen and entrepreneurial spirit.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Flexible, adaptable and attentive to details.
• Time management & prioritization.
