Job Title: Technician Support Intern

Position Type: Full-time

Qualification: B.Sc./HND in Computer Science or related fields

Resumption: Immediately

Level/Salary Range: N30,000 – N50,000

Location: Mowe, Ogun (Hybrid)

Job Summary

You will have the following responsibilities but are not limited to:

• Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, and networks.
• Monitoring and maintaining devices’ hardware/systems and networks.
• Ensuring all complaints received from customers are properly shared with the respective units for prompt resolutions.
• Giving on-premise support to customers and the Product team.
• Providing technical support across the (this may be in person or over the phone or via email).
• Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary.
• Assist with a wide range of technical issues related to our products and services
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner
• Communicate technical information to non-technical customers in a clear and concise manner
• Document and update knowledge base articles to improve support efficiency
• Stay current with emerging trends and technologies in the industry

Qualifications and Skills:

• B.Sc./HND in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Familiarity with hardware and software installation and configuration
• Knowledge of operating systems and network protocols
• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues related to computer hardware, software, systems, and networks
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proximity to the location
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency in relevant computer software technology and maintenance
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Time management & prioritization
