Job Summary

We are seeking friendly, attentive, and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Waiters. As a Waiter, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. Your responsibilities will include taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized dining area. With your attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction, you will contribute to the overall success of our establishment.

You will have the following responsibilities but are not limited to:

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing a warm and inviting atmosphere.
• Assist guests in selecting menu items, answering questions about the menu, and offering recommendations based on their preferences.
• Take accurate and detailed orders, ensuring special requests or dietary restrictions are noted and communicated to the kitchen.
• Deliver food and beverages to tables promptly and accurately, ensuring proper presentation and adherence to order specifications.
• Set up tables and dining areas according to established standards, ensuring clean and properly arranged utensils, glassware, and table linens.
• Clear and clean tables promptly after guests leave, ensuring a clean and inviting environment for incoming guests.
• Maintain a neat and organized workstation, including the storage and restocking of necessary supplies.
• Relay orders to the kitchen staff and ensure food is prepared timely.
• Check on customers periodically to ensure satisfaction with food and service.
• Process payments and make accurate change.
• Collaborate with other staff members to provide a high-quality dining experience.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven work experience as a waiter.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours.
